Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict attention to data accuracy
- Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing and expense tracking

Qualifications
