- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for organized record-keeping
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Support onboarding processes and new hire coordination
- Coordinate office operations including supply management and vendor communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of administrative or office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
