Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy to align with the 2026 roadmap and organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers.
- Identify emerging AI technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure resources and drive high-impact projects.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI governance, ethics, and compliance.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models and AI deployment.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams.
