Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for employees and clients
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Deploy and optimize enterprise software solutions
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
