Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails during night shift hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for our clients with patience and expertise.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company quality assurance standards and KPI metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency with Windows, Mac OS, and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
