Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to log interactions, update customer records, and track ticket resolution.
- Resolve complex service issues by analyzing data and collaborating with internal departments.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product training and support to new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
