The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our client's brand. You will interact with a diverse range of customers, answering inquiries and providing solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems, offering solutions, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our CRM systems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our database for reporting and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and navigating web browsers.
- Ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
