Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily via phone/email/chat
- Resolve billing inquiries and product support issues
- Document cases accurately in CRM system

- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score
- Participate in weekly training sessions
- Meet monthly performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work evenings/weekends
- Pass background check/drug screen
- Available 20-25 hours/week
