Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex complaints to management when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product training and support to new clients to ensure they get the most out of our services.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures to improve workflow.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
