Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex technical inquiries and service issues promptly using our ticketing system.
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our products.
- Feedback Loop: Gather critical client feedback and communicate product requirements to the engineering and product teams.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports on account health and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align on strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma with equivalent professional experience accepted.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving conflicts effectively.
- Work Ethic: Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
