Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional professionalism
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document interactions in CRM systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including response time and satisfaction scores
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call center)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Sacramento location
