Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data and account information in our CRM database.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Provide detailed product and service information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve service protocols and customer experience.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service or data entry experience is not required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
