Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chat requests with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and billing inquiries.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records in our internal databases.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company policies and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote/hybrid candidates).
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends or holidays if required.
