Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive product training to ensure they maximize our services.
- Identify customer pain points and proactively suggest solutions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
