Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls during night hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Document all interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality assurance scores.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
