Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain positive relationships.
