Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the lifecycle of autonomous AI agents capable of self-correction and complex decision-making.
- Define the technical roadmap for Neural Interface Systems and their integration into legacy infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ethical alignment and safety protocols in autonomous operations.
- Optimize system latency and throughput for high-frequency autonomous trading and logistics.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies in Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Python, Rust, and cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes/AWS).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safety compliance.
