Responsibilities
- Design and deploy 2026-proof AI systems using quantum computing and neuromorphic processors
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in creating human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Present quarterly strategic roadmaps to board of directors and venture partners
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through innovative grant proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates in our AI Ethics Fellowship program
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature AI and IEEE Quantum journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum AI or Computational Neuroscience with 8+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proven track record of securing DARPA/NASA grants for AI research
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and IBM Qiskit frameworks
- Experience presenting at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent venues
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and global regulatory landscapes
