Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential growth opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to implement future-proof digital transformation
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Coordinate with academic institutions on quantum-AI hybrid research initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with exponential technology focus
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Quantum Computing, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technology implications
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, OECD)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, governance, and policy development
- Track record of scaling AI initiatives across enterprise environments
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals (IBM, Google)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of future-tech commercialization
