Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems, neural networks, and quantum-ML hybrids
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across multimodal AI training datasets
- Develop governance protocols for sentient AI interactions with human stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with C-suite executives and research teams
- Shape industry standards through publications at IEEE Ethics Symposium and ACM FAccT conferences
- Monitor emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act) and adapt compliance strategies
- Train engineers on ethical AI development using our proprietary 'Ethics-by-Design' toolkit
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or Computational Social Sciences
- 5+ years implementing ethics frameworks in Fortune 500 tech or Big Five AI labs
- Expertise in auditing large-scale transformer models and generative adversarial networks
- Published research in top-tier venues (Nature Machine Intelligence, PNAS) on algorithmic fairness
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and post-quantum cryptography implications
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics to non-technical stakeholders
