Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Systems Architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable backend systems utilizing next-gen cloud technologies.
- Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core production pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business requirements.
- Establish coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainability and robustness of the 2026 codebase.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct architectural reviews and risk assessments to mitigate technical debt.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a principal or architect role.
- Deep expertise in designing systems for the 2026 era, including microservices, serverless computing, and edge computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data processing (Spark, Kafka).
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
