Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and engineering of scalable, high-performance systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and security protocols for future-proof applications.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and technical leads within the R&D division.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Identify potential risks in long-term technical strategies and implement mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and experience with legacy system modernization.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex product cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
