Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems architecture with 3+ years in AI/quantum domains
- Expertise in Rust, Go, or Python for high-concurrency systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science with focus on future tech
- Published research in quantum computing or federated learning
- Proven track record designing systems handling >10M TPS
- Certification in quantum cryptography or blockchain consensus
- Experience leading international R&D teams across 3+ time zones
