Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for 2026 technology roadmap
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models and datasets
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate ethical design principles into AI development workflows
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to align AI strategies with regulatory requirements (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Establish monitoring systems for ongoing ethical compliance of deployed AI systems
- Produce transparency reports documenting AI decision-making processes and risk mitigations
- Advocate for responsible AI innovation through internal training and industry advocacy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, state-level laws)
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent) highly desirable
