Responsibilities
- Design and implement global AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory standards (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead cross-functional AI governance committees including legal, engineering, and social impact teams
- Conduct proactive risk assessments for AI deployments across 15+ product lines
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Establish third-party audit processes for algorithmic transparency
- Create stakeholder engagement programs for diverse community input on AI deployments
- Represent Nexus at international AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or tech policy leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI transparency methods
- Experience managing cross-continental AI ethics initiatives
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ECAI) or equivalent
- Track record influencing corporate AI policy at scale (Fortune 500 experience)
