Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI models for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for real-time inference and low-latency performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Define and establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Machine Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and large language model architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
