Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with corporate objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, bio-digital convergence, ambient computing) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum labs, AI research centers, and sustainable tech startups
- Present tech vision to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5+ year planning success
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies: quantum, AI, blockchain, or biotech
- Track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI in uncertain markets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on tech evolution (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Fluency in future-back scenario planning methodologies
