Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycle
- Author industry-leading whitepapers on AI accountability and transparency
- Advocate for inclusive AI design through stakeholder workshops and community engagement
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance with evolving standards
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or tech ethics
- Proven expertise in bias detection and mitigation for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership in tech environments
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
