Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Create quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for financial systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Certification in quantum machine learning (IBM or Google)
- Experience securing venture capital for quantum projects
