As a key member of our elite R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, real-world application. You will be responsible for architecting the core infrastructure that powers our next-generation predictive models and autonomous agents.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures that align with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge LLMs (Large Language Models) and generative AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, engineers, and product managersâto define technical requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
