- Report to Chief Strategy Officer on quarterly progress and strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, corporate development, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps (5+ years)
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Experience in high-growth tech or innovation-driven industries
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
