Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Design strategic roadmaps translating future insights into actionable business initiatives and product roadmaps
- Deliver executive presentations to C-suite stakeholders on future implications and opportunity landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate strategic hypotheses
- Author thought leadership content including whitepapers, trend reports, and keynote presentations
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry influencers for trend validation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic vision frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with experience translating complex datasets into narrative-driven insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or major conference platforms
- Experience advising C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented 3+ years post-conception
