- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for quantum-resistant security and autonomous ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on technological disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness, including ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech adoption
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on industry 4.0 implementation
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning) and emerging tech assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI governance, quantum computing applications, and human-computer interfaces
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital pivots and paradigm shifts
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (white papers, patents, or industry talks)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on emerging technologies
