- Develop predictive talent models using labor market analytics and AI-driven forecasting
- Lead recruitment for C-suite innovation roles and specialized R&D teams
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Architect our 2026 technology workforce blueprint and skills evolution roadmap
- Implement AI-augmented recruitment tools while ensuring ethical talent practices
- Present future workforce trends to executive leadership and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical recruitment with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Expertise in recruiting for quantum computing, AI/ML, or biotechnology
- Proven experience developing multi-year talent strategies and workforce planning models
- Advanced certification in AI-driven recruitment tools (e.g., HireVue, Eightfold)
- Deep understanding of global tech talent markets and future skill trends
- Strong network with Silicon Valley R&D leaders and academic pioneers
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
