Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technological foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech disruptions and market shifts
- Design strategic innovation pipelines aligned with post-2025 regulatory landscapes
- Produce executive briefings on quantum computing, Web4.0, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation or emerging technology analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and predictive modeling tools
- Proven ability to translate complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
