Responsibilities
- Design and implement the long-term architectural vision for OmniCore's 2026 platform roadmap.
- Lead the migration to microservices and serverless architectures to enhance scalability.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance under high load.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and best practices.
- Conduct technical debt reviews and lead refactoring initiatives for legacy systems.
- Prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, AI integration) for future deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in designing high-availability systems and disaster recovery plans.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring junior engineers.
