Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative modeling and qualitative scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces in AI, biotech, and climate resilience sectors
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports with actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Establish early-warning systems for geopolitical and technological disruptions affecting global markets
- Design and pilot prototype business models for emerging market opportunities post-2025
- Represent the company at Davos-level forums on future-focused economic policy
- Mentor a team of junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent with 8+ years of applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-of-work or 4th Industrial Revolution topics
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Palisade @RISK) and data visualization tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic transformations implemented within 5-year horizons
- Fluency in English with additional proficiency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred
