Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and technology adoption
- Produce high-impact strategic reports on climate resilience, AI ethics, and workforce evolution
- Build cross-industry ecosystems with innovators, policymakers, and academic institutions
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through predictive modeling and simulation
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic communication
- Advocate for sustainable innovation through thought leadership and public speaking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation ecosystems
