As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll navigate the intersection of AI ethics, climate resilience, and human augmentation. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy while cultivating a culture of innovation that thrives on ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI governance
- Design and execute foresight workshops with executive teams across global markets
- Author white papers on climate-tech convergence and sustainable business models
- Build proprietary trend intelligence systems using NLP and predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Mentor cross-functional innovation pods in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or futurism consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in climate-tech, neurotech, or decentralized systems domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Strong track record translating complex futures into executable business strategy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
