Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight
- Proven track record leading tech transformation projects
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies for innovation
- Strong network in tech innovation ecosystems
- Excellent data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management (preferred)
