- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
- Strong financial acumen with budget management $1M+
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
