- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) for competitive advantage
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through stakeholder alignment
- Mentor junior innovators and build a future-ready talent pipeline
- Collaborate with C-suite on ESG initiatives and 2030 sustainability goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with focus on future studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ tech impact assessments
