Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce actionable intelligence reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Champion innovation culture by identifying and cultivating disruptive startup partnerships
- Author thought leadership content published in industry journals and global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, Delphi techniques, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
