- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate predictive analytics into strategic roadmaps
- Mentor a team of futurists and present findings at Davos-level forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and weak signal detection
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Security clearance eligibility for sensitive trend analysis projects
