- Deliver executive-level briefings on disruptive technologies and their commercial implications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture emerging innovations
- Design and implement organizational change programs to embed future-readiness across all departments
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon as the industry's 2026 thought leader
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in emerging tech adoption curves with proven impact on business transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or MBA with specialization in innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, WFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
