- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Build and maintain proprietary AI-powered trend prediction systems
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and develop department research methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience managing high-impact research teams and budgets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
