Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-critical solutions
- Publish quarterly thought leadership reports on emerging disruptive forces

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience managing cross-continental remote teams
