- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on future market landscapes
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Analyze global data streams to forecast industry disruptions and innovation vectors
- Advose executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, PESTLE analysis)
- Global perspective on geopolitical and socioeconomic trends
