- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce annual Future State Reports with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior innovation strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and societal shift analysis
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level workshops
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities
