- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' detailing disruptive forces affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Design and implement innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Present executive briefings to boards on emerging risks and opportunities post-2025
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis for 2020+ horizons
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development
- Published thought leadership on long-term business strategy (Harvard Sloan, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
